maybe it's just me but the Original Starcraft Marines looks a lot well protected, probably because there's that Huge missing armor plates around the abdominal area of the new marine

i kinda like the redesign

the suit looks smaller and more "movable" than the old

the gauss rifle seems to be a bit Quake-y though, not that i'm complaining - it actually looks better suited for space combat than the old design (still looks too large to be firing 8mm ammunition though)

cant wait for SC2~ *___*

Yea, I love the new marines! And I loved the old ones, I just love how they re did the armor and made the Impaler Gauss Rifle a little cooler. More believable.
